Tucker gets it....

Tonight while I was scrubbing the floor, getting the wax off my hardwoods, Tucker was in the livingroom watching Little Bear. This episode was a new one for Tucker, he had never seen it before. We watch Little Bear often and he really enjoys it and has actually asked for it by name to watch...anyway, tonight the title of the 20 min episode was Spring.

As I was scrubbing, the hallway opens into the livingroom where he is watching Little Bear, I hear him giggling. Then he would stop, and he would giggle again. I just had to stop and see what it was that was so funny. In this episode Little Bear is helping Mother Bear take clothes from the clothes line while he is waiting for Papa Bear to return from a fishing trip. While taking the clothes from the line, one of Papa Bears shirts is caught by the wind and Little Bear chases it. Everytime Little Bear just about gets it, it flies away again. My son, yes..the one with the mental handicap, the one that is slow to the world, the one that cant jump yet or talk a full sentence.....he was laughing laughing laughing every time Little bear got close and that shirt took off again. Oh ......I wish I could bottle that up, that giggle that brought tears to my eyes to watch, that burn them now. He processes information, he knows......oh does he know.
