Ava Rae Boeckman, Jan 31-May 7 2008

Today is a very sad day for us. Although I have never met this great and precious family and little girl my heart aches today. I have kept up with them for some time on their blog and feel as though we are family. Baby Ava passed away yesterday afternoon after making strides to come off the vent. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Amy, Nate and Kaden, you are in our prayers and am so very sorry for your loss.
