Toy swap...

I swap toys around every so often, take old ones away, put new ones in play. The ball pit has always been a favorite of Tucker's. He plays with it in a new and different way this time as it comes out of hiding. Yes the balls still come out and all over the house but he also rolls in them and wrestles with them. It is amazing that we still use the toys from years past. We learn different ways of using them, then the correct way, not until then do we get rid of them. The rotating of the toys was suggested when Hunter was a baby and had WAY TOO MANY toys, so I would take some and put them away. Then bring them back out and put the others away. This is part of the reason I do it with Tucker as well ..along with space and interest. Sometimes you have to be inventive to use a toy for other than what it was made for. HENCE, our ball bit. It is actually a pool that should have water in it; add some balls and we have a BALL PIT. :)
