Tucker has changed our bath routine a bit. Now that he can pull up to stand in the tub, bathtime becomes a little bit more involved and "watchful eyeing". He learned that he can put his hand in the water while it is running, cant figure out why he cant catch it or why it doesnt stay in his hand though. He has found that the silver faucet and drain shows him himself like a mirror. He loves to try to get the bar of soap and sissy's shampoo bottles. He loves to hold on to the wash cloth and swish it in the water. He finally plays with the boats that float around him and loves to bite on the little rubber ducks.
Every time I close my eyes I say a little prayer. Doctors’, nurses with my son Please take great care, For as you see his little heart Is in need of grave repair.
Bless my son to have the strength, This battle he will win. For as he fights for his life, We are on our knees again.
This son of ours, our miracle, Has gone through so much. He is our gift from above, Our lives he has touched.
Every time I close my eyes I say a little prayer. Thank you God for this boy, A son all our own. And oh how grateful we are now, To see how he has grown.
