Update for the day

I met with our doctors this morning on rounds and they are very happy with Tucker's progress. We are now taking all our meds by feeding tube. We still have the pic line for access and blood draws when needed, but other than that, no meds through the lines. Doctor Ravi said he is in a very good place so lets not change a thing. Keep him off of the bipap mask during the day and only wear it at night or when he looks like he might need a break. So far today, we have been of of the mask since 630 a.m.. He looks wonderful. I asked Dr. Ravi about his skin looking marbled and he said a lot of kids with Downs have the marbled look and that it was nothing to worry about. Miss Heather and I are going to attempt to have him take a step or two. We love and miss you mommy!! Hopefully have pictures later on in the day.
