Countdown To Surgery

We had pre-op today. Tucker weighed about 18 pounds, with his clothes on today. He was 26 inches long. We had blood drawn-which was easier said than done, a chest xray, and an overall "look over." He was told he LOOKED GREAT!! We met with Dr. O'Brien, he gave us the low down on what to expect. He did not know how long it would take, it would depend on the scar tissue left from the previous surgery. He was very optimistic that Tucker would recover quite quickly and be off the ventilator within a day or two. YEAH!
